Before you complete this form you will need to use the Maximum Harvestable Rights Dam Capacity Calculator to determine the maximum harvestable right dam capacity for your landholding with reference to 30 per cent of rainfall runoff. You will need to refer to the information in the print-out from the calculator to complete this form.

You will need to submit a separate notification form for each landholding.
